A quick update on the soon-to-be-world-famous video Wheel Truing Part II: Our entire camera crew got drunk last night and had trouble figuring out how to change the color setting from "sepia". Production has been delayed at least one business day.

Great blog! I never knew you went so long without a car. Excellent work! I really liked the part about how much energy it takes to bike vs. a car. Awaiting the next transmission.
I work for the Department of Energy's National Renewable Energy Laboratory. Our group performs applied research involving the surfaces and interfaces relevant to next-generation thin film photovoltaic technology. My wife Kelly and I recently moved closer to work so that I can continue a long history of bike commuting that includes a 14 year long stint of not owning a car.
